Rebellions in the Arab World
Since the mid-twentieth century (50s and 60s mostly) Arab-Muslim world did not know hectic political processes, which may well regarded as "Revolutions." The most famous of this century, were of course the facts developed in Egypt (1952), Algeria (1962), Syria (1963) and at most, Iran (1979)
Now, in the early twenty-first century has shaken in recent weeks, the news where regimes seemingly solid and long lasting, have desomoronado aprantes the impact of spontaneous popular pressure, have sought changes to what for decades, perhaps generations, whole were accustomed to endure.
we surprised especially that one of them is that of Libya, a country under 42 years had a strange autocracy seemingly immutable and yet has received what appear to be the hardest and most violent protests in which they are.
is an unprecedented from the standpoint of historical and fascinating from the political side, because
"this process will be extended to other countries? Is this the prelude to real and radical changes in these societies? Will there be a moderate occidentalizción the Japanese contario or will the Islamization of the Iranian ? You finally have a serious chance for democracy and secularism? ...
